- @[Lotte Shopping Co., Ltd.](urn:li:organization:42817226) went live with OSP in South Korea! 🇰🇷 Launching their new online grocery app 'Lotte Mart Zetta', South Korean shoppers can now benefit from our AI-powered ISF \(In-Store Fulfilment\), alongside our end-to-end solutions to power Lotte's online grocery business. We're excited to launch Lotte's first CFC next year!
- @[Ocado Retail](urn:li:organization:21668932) is now running on OSP! 🇬🇧 We completed the full transition of Ocado Retail from our legacy platform to the Ocado Smart Platform. Combining cutting-edge automation, AI and data science, OSP optimises every stage of the online grocery operation, from ecommerce and supply chain to fulfilment and last mile.
- @[Coles Group](urn:li:organization:163144) ramped up their two new CFCs! 🇦🇺 We successfully transitioned significant volumes from manual fulfilment in stores to more efficient OSP-powered automated fulfilment in Victoria and New South Wales. For order fulfilled via CFCs, Coles reported improved availability, freshness and range, improved availability of delivery slots and a significant uplift in NPS.
- Our CFC for @[Auchan Retail](urn:li:organization:6533) Poland near Warsaw went live! 🇵🇱 Our cutting-edge technology introduced a whole new level of customer service into the Polish online grocery market, powered by AI. With 12 months from spades in the ground to completion, it was also our fastest-built CFC to date!
- We announced a new CFC with our first international partner @[Bon Preu S.A.U.](urn:li:organization:7169740)! 🇪🇸 Following a period of rapid growth using our In-Store Fulfilment \(ISF\) solution, this new CFC serving the Barcelona region will enable Bon Preu to transfer the already significant online volumes into the most efficient online grocery fulfilment technology in the world.
