Partnership Milestones

The first CFC, serving the Busan region, is due to go live in early 2026.

Under the partnership, Ocado and Lotte plan to operate a network of six automated Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs) across South Korea, as well as deploy Ocado’s AI-powered In-Store Fulfilment (ISF) solutions in Lotte stores.

This and future sites will be equipped with Ocado’s latest Re:Imagined automation, enabling Lotte to continually enhance the quality of service they provide, as well as the efficiency of their online operations.

In April 2025, we reached a major milestone in the partnership with the launch of Lotte’s new online proposition. Zetta is powered by Ocado’s end-to-end solutions, including cutting-edge webshop functionality, AI-powered fulfilment software for stores, and last-mile routing technology.
