Ocado Group is listed in CCLA Corporate Mental Health Benchmark UK 100

The CCLA have published the ‘2025 UK corporate mental health benchmark’. The benchmark assesses and ranks 100 UK-listed businesses, with a combined 4.7 million employees, based on an independent assessment of their mental health disclosures.

Ocado Group achieved Tier 2 status, up from Tier 3 in 2024 and was recognised as one of the year’s top improvers,  demonstrating progress towards a strategic approach to workplace mental health management and disclosure.
